CA - touted as a model, but true to the admin's leadership, is more interested in appearances than results. And doens't mind lying to promote itself.
Reported 30,000 enrollments the first month - when it only had 4,000. Then it fires the director who's exposing the fraud in the program. They hoped to add 500,000 enrollments to this point in 2015 - so far, only 7,000. And over 1 billion has been spent on the CA program, website, bureaucracy by the Feds.
A sham... Complete and utter waste of money, increasing complexity and worse service. Thanks libs/obama.
