I live in an area that is filled with kids and families and tourists but we only have 1 or 2 mini golf places and they are both very average. For example I'd rate Adventure Land in Dothan way better than anything we have here. I'm looking for another side hustle or biz venture, so I started looking at mini golf. No I'm not laundering money for the cartel, it just seems like a solid opportunity in this market.
However, I'm mostly reading articles that say it's not a big money maker. This surprises me...as it doesn't seem to me that it would require tons of upkeep and employee count would be low.
What do you investor types think? Am I dumb for considering this?
