FOOTBALL Mike Leach eligible for College Football HOF

I can't let the day pass without mentioning the fact that Mike Leach, my friend, is now eligible to be voted into the College Football Hall of Fame.

He was a grinch, weirdo, intelligent, sly, calculating man who, after a rough beginning, I got to know on a personal level.

This is what I wrote two and a half years ago following his passing. I miss our conversations.
