One thing that CGM as an offensive strategist has always been good at is showing one thing all season, and having a tendency breaker big play off that later in the year, several times in the IB. The frequency at which DBarrett is thrown to on the swing route in 10 personnel right now might seem redundant, and over-obvious. I would expect that trend to continue, with a stalk and go pump fake pass to the outside receiver later in the year once teams are convinced or lulled to sleep on the fact that when 5 flares, he's getting the ball and the receivers are stalk blocking.

I would also wager that very soon a seam route RPO -with the Y (inside receiver to the sweep side) -will manifest itself off of the jet sweep action that Eli Stove has been so active on.

I could be wrong, and AU does nothing bu QB sneaks with Chandler Cox for the remainder of the season.

Well, Devan Barrett is by far the most explosive back currently on the roster. I wish he was being used more than just for some set up play later down the line. Get em the damn ball please

This is Gus being super secretive and showing his vast offensive knowledge vs all other coaches.... kind of like the # 27 triple reverse, fake left, fake right throw a pass for a touchdown type play.......

I forgot one thing it was incomplete .....

No doubt OP is correct it's just that Gus always over thinks this and things rarely work out unless it's against his biggest rival - Arky
