The big countries are going to be focused on this Ukrainian problem, and it's going to cause the rise in seas and the continuous rise in global temperatures."
He probably said this, right before he parked his yacht outside of his home state....to prevent him from paying more taxes/fees, and he'll fly out on a commercial airline, "because he has work to do.".
Hint for John Kerry: temperatures will go UP, as long as there are larger and more frequent explosions on the sun.
