So they don’t automatically give you ketchup now, which I’m sure is cost saving. However I’d imagine most people are like me and go back and ask for it. My experience has been when you do ask for it they give you way too much…like 10 packets for one meal (yes I’m a threat to eat at McDonalds by myself). I bet franchise owners would save significantly if they just put like three packets in every bag.
