why allow half the population to be unhappy at all times? The political division in this country has made it so. When Obama was in office many were trained to believe that he was a Muslim plant that was here to take away their Christian values. When Trump was in office many were trained to believe that we had just another Nathan Bedford Forrest on our hands. Now that Biden is in office people have been trained to believe that he is here to eliminate any sense of the country that has served (for the most part) as a guiding light for the rest of the world. Sheep are going to act like sheep and eat what they are being provided to eat so almost every issues has become either black or white. Obama couldn't have had the best interests of a Christian country foremost for he is the son of a Muslim. Trump couldn't be anything but racist because he didn't attack the neo-nazis that supported him in the aftermath of Charlottesville. Biden doesn't want to maintain the United States as a country or else he would close the border.
Envision this scenario. I will keep it simple for you simpletons but it could be broken down into more than 3 categories. Let's say that the country was going to be divided into three parts, the red states of america, the blue states of america, and the black states of america. Ostensibly the red and the blue countries would adhere to the policies that their parties espouse and the black states would be make up whatever policies that they wanted to implement. Each individual would cast their "vote" for which country they wanted to be a citizen of. Once you made your selection then the only way that you could ever switch to one of the other two countries was if they decided to allow you in. If they rejected you then you are stuck in the country for which you cast your lot.
The country would be divided up so that each of the three countries would have the percentage of farmland, beaches, natural resources, etc. that corresponded to the percentage of the people that selected each country. Once this was implemented there would no longer be a history of racism in the black states of america because their countries "history" would start the day their new country was founded.
Consider the amount of time that people spend thinking about who they are going to vote for as president. I would bet that a great majority of voters spend more time considering what they are going to spend for a new television. I can assure you that more thought would go into this casting of their vote than at any other time in their past. Envision the liberal accountant living on Long Island. He makes $200,000/year and can afford to vote for the democrats in spite of the fact that they are going to tax the shit out of him. He can afford it because the deadbeats that he is helping to support are also being supported by the farmers in the Nebraska, the plumbers in Illinois, and the trailer skirt installers in Alabama. When his is making his decision on which place he is going to reside it might occur to him that these plumbers and skirt installers are going to go to the red country and their tax dollars aren't going to be available to help support the deadbeats and their 10 children. Instead of him paying out $60,000 per year in federal income tax, he might have to pay out $120,000/year. Suddenly, he is just going to be another middle class mother ****er that can't afford the $30,000 per year that he is going to have to spend for each of his kids to go to college. Suddenly, he might be opposed to the idea of paying off the student loans of some kids who went to school for a year, partied like hell, and dropped out because instead of paying 70% of his income in federal taxes, the rate will increase to 80% to cover the costs of said loan forgiveness.
Consider the skirt installer for a minute. He is barely getting by as it is. He has 3 daughters in high school and they are all as horney as his wife was when he met her. He is afraid that his girls could get pregnant and that he will have even more mouths to feed. When he joins his red state he knows that one of the guiding principals of his party has been to outlaw abortion. What will abortion look like in this red country? The bar is being moved as we speak in many red states, how much more will it be moved once they don't have to answer to the democratic side? Will "life" begin at inception? Will the day after pill be banned? Will each of his horney daughters bring home a brand new baby for paw paw to pay for? What if the skirt installer were to become paralyzed after crashing his Mule into a tree during deer season (you know the time of the year when you are allowed to murder innocent deer). The new red country that he wants to join has said that each man is free to make as much money as he possibly can and his work ethic and ability will determine what he can accomplish but the other members have no responsibility for him, "didn't we just get rid of the deadbeats" they ask? Now that he is paralyzed, has his three pregnant daughters at home, and doesn't have any federal aid coming in, will he just be left to starve while the latest iteration of Nelson Rockefeller is stacking up his pile of money?

They can sit on the couch, roll up a blunt, and watch the Jerry Springer show knowing that they will have something to eat that night thanks to the liberal accountant on Long Island and the Skirt installer in Loachapoka. He would surely assume that the skirt installer would be going red so he knows that he wouldn't be able to count on his contribution. He might start to think about that accountant though. What if the accountant decides to go red for the tax benefits? Then what? What if the only folks that decide to go blue are the other deadbeats like himself. Is he not only not going to be taken care of, is he actually going to have to go to work and help take care of the other deadbeats who are even sorrier than he is?
At the end of the day maybe people would realize that it takes all of us. Everyone needs to contribute to a society instead of getting a free ride but when you are incapable of providing for yourself, you need to be able to count on those that are more fortunate to help you out.
