No. I do think he needs to maybe take a little bit different approach regarding his offensive scheme. I don't really know right now what that would be, since I haven't studied Auburn's offense much. But Auburn has some great talent there. They have out recruited Clemson in all four of the last recruiting classes.
The guy is in over his head. He was hired by JJ which is really all you need to know.
He's a coordinator at best in D-1 and his game has been figured out in the SEC.
His body language shouts "I'm getting paid $4million a year and I don't know what I'm doing".
He does have car with cool doors though.

I recommend you give him a contract extension.
More money may motivate him. We pay our coach more and look what happens.
