Looking for a Dr. willing to write a prescription for Hydroxychloroquine (not trying to inject political)

I have asked my long time physician who works for Brookwood Medical if he would be willing to write me a prescription, as I am trying to plan ahead ( be prepared, if needed). He will NOT even call me back to tell me his answer, (as if it's not already obvious). We live in Bham Hoover area. Any help or direction would be appreciated, Bunk.
