Ok so I'm watching Treehouse dude on TV. These people are spending nearly $200k on a treehouse. I don't know the growth cycle of an oak or cedar tree, but surely a treehouse can't last forever. That's a lot of money for a treehouse that will be uneven or even have cracked walls and windows in 10-20 years. Adult trees grow right?
