One must understand that "efficient gov't" and personal freedom are contradictory. Is what I've been pointing out for years... well, 'science' has cast it's vote as well. And it agrees. So libs, if you could just drop the pretense of caring about freedom and admit, you simply want more control over individual's lives and thoughts... that you believe you are smarter and can do a better job of running other's lives than they can do.
