Of course Herschel didn’t show because he is a coward, and would’ve gotten beaten even worse than Warnock.
The line of the debate came from Chase when asked about his support for the 2nd amendment. It is notable that he is the first openly gay statewide candidate in Georgia.
“Armed gays are harder to oppress and harder to bash.”
But he was on the whole time. He was more polished and prepared than the Senator. And he had solutions, not just platitudes. It was one of the best debate performances I’ve seen from a Libertarian candidate. If the system wasn’t horribly biased against third parties, Chase would be the obvious choice for Georgia.
