What is Microsoft's marketing strategy? I feel like they aren't trying to sell systems, because every game in the first two years will also come to Xbox One and PC. Every single one.
And after yesterday, I don't feel like they are trying to sell games, because every game they showed yesterday will be on their Game Pass service on the game's launch date.
It seems they are trying to be competition to Gamefly now instead of being competition to Sony or Nintendo.
Why would a consumer buy their new system or new games when they can keep their old system or PC and pay 10 bucks a month for all Microsoft Studios' games?
