Alabama in 1600. 95 out of 100 of your tribe work hard to keep the village alive. They hunt, fish, farm, cook, make clothing, shelter and tools, and take care of the children. 3 out of 100 are injured or sick and need help from the others. One brave and one squaw do nothing but screw all day and smoke, and get angry when the rest of the tribe does not keep them fed or take care of their children for them. Soon, 2 more healthy people see how easy it is to do nothing and get taken care of. At some point, you, the chief, have to do something.
What do you do to make healthy people get back to work?
