Get the bazionnaire boosters that have always wanted to pay players to setup a "company" that theoretically sells rubber wrist bracelets that have some catchy saying on them. Create some rubber bracelets and sell them on Amazon.
Any player that signs with AU will get $100K base salary per season from the rubber bracelet company with a variable comp plan that includes:
Defense:
* $2,500 for INT / fumble recovery
* $1,000 for sack
* $500 for tackle for loss
* $250 for tackle
Offense:
* $2,500 for TD
* $1000 for 100 yards rushing / receiving)
* $500 for completion (passer and receiver)
ST
* $2000 for a FG
* $1500 for a tackle
Team:
* $5,000 per win per player
*$50,000 per SEC championship per player
* $250,000 per NC per player
Expectations for NIL representation include:
* 1 Tweet/snap/insta post per week showing the player repping the bracelet.
Comp packages may not be enough but start here and see where the market lands.

FIg received a call that said players cannot be paid for onfield performance. Variable comp would be based on 'calculated value' on a week to week basis. Details below.
