All this NCAA seeding stuff reminded me that i need to seed our yard.
What are the best (and most affordable) options for grass that is in a really shady (trees, haha) area, lots of foot traffic (dogs), and gets a lot of rain. Fescue?
Also, we threw some rye grass down this winter. Should we wait for it to die naturally before seeding or should we kill it off first? TIA.
