I am always unsure if I need to LAMP my Metallica posts because I feel like I have built enough credibility to avoid it but with my new commitment to the LEA I want to follow rules as closely as possible.
A friend of mine stopped by last night and dropped off an album for me...it was Metallica's No Life til Leather demos. I have heard of this album for most of my Metallica fandom but i have never listened to it.
It is incredible to hear the songs from Kill em All in a different format and hear them how they started and later evolved into their final album formats. Truly incredible stuff. Along with the fact that my 2024 Metallica Weekend is next week in Chicago...I am not sure I could be more fired up.
Be prepared for multiple Metallica related posts this week as I express my excited for the best weekend of the year...for me.
