I saw where someone earlier offered a discount to the bunker on a beach house rental.
I have a beach house at Laguna Beach (across from the quiet and never crowded preserved beach) a few blocks from Thomas’ Donuts. It’s a 2 story house with 3 large bedrooms and 3 large baths and a pool. Sleeps 10 comfortably. We are 50 steps to the sand.
We do not put it on any rental sites, just for friends and family at very low rates. However, my wife and I, nor our kids, can go down like we used to, so we have some weeks open in March, April, May, August and the fall if you are a Bunker member.
We rent it for $3,500 per week in June and July and $2,000 - $3,000 per week in March, April and May, depending on which week. In the fall and winter it’s $1200-$1500 per week. That’s about half price of the surrounding houses that are on rental programs. I think there’s one week left this summer (June 15-22)
