yes, I know there is already a thread about it. I’m watching it now. It’s amazing. I am 40 years old, turn 41 in a couple of weeks. I’m sure many of you are in the same boat as me. My dad fought in Vietnam from December 1968 to December 1969. He has rarely ever talked about it; and if he has, not much info is shared. He has a Purple Heart, mortar shell injury. I know he saw and did some things that I’ll never know about it. This documentary has been eye opening. While watching I’ve asked dad a few questions, and he’s actually answered them. Dad is now 70 years old. He still hates things like fireworks...any loud booms, period. I can’t imagine what all he went through. Anyway, just wanted to share. I’m sure there are several guys and gals that have dads with similar stories.
