May have posted this before but who cares... My company went from PTO to FTO and in the process surely profited. You see, the mentality with PTO is that you use it or lose it. EX: In 2022 (and prior), I had 8 weeks a year PTO and didn't lose a day because it would be gone forever. Company changed to FTO (Flexible Time Off - no limit, unlimited time off!!! wooo...right?) and I swear all but 1 of my employees (18 as of this AM) use much less than they had with PTO. I use A LOT less. I looked today and have taken 4 days all year.
