I'm looking for a fairly experienced assistant super for a multi-family job in Frederickburg, VA. This position will be responsible for structure and building envelope.
I am also looking for a new grad for the same project. This position will be responsible for finishes, completion and punch list.
This is not a 40 hour a week project. Great opportunity to learn under a Big Toe superintendent. If we are successful here we will have multiple projects coming from this same developer so advancement ($$) is there for the taking. This is a rare write your own ticket opportunity. Most employers just talk that $#!^. This is the real deal.
We will also be looking for alternating semester co-ops for the home office location in Auburn. (If the co-op program still does that.)
