He seems scared to take a hit. I'm not saying he has to take a ton of punishment. But he seems too afraid to step into a throw up in the pocket when pressure is coming. And it seems to be affecting his mechanics. Throwing off his back foot, happy feet, not having his feet under him and his shoulders in good position to deliver the ball.
He also doesn't want to take contact when running the ball. I'm sure he's been instructed to avoid it if possible, but he's a big guy. He has to help us out with his physicality.
