After reading Will Colliers article something dawned upon me. I really feel like this was the best thing that could have happened to JJ. He has had a ton of pre-season hype. We all know he has the skills but his resume in my opinion didn't deserve all the hype he was getting. After a while you must feel invincible and I truly believe this performance will help bring him back down to earth. You could tell in his post game interview he was humbled by the performance. We got the win and we all know we should have won more convincing. I'm looking forward to seeing him and the team grow week to week. Round 1 was won. 11 more rounds to go.
I truly believe we will look back at this game and realize he grew and matured from it.
