Maybe this is common, but I've never noticed any of the former WHPS looking down at their notes to hit buzzwords like "adversary". It just shows a general lack of connection to the issues he's talking about. The WH is way more concerned with how they deliver the message than the actual message. Again, if this is common, I've never noticed it before. It's sickening that our country is run this way, no matter who is in the WH.
