Oh, yeah until they close the ID offices in 12 of the 15 poorest & heavily african american populated counties in the state. I'm sure theyll have plenty of pto or vacation days built up, take a full day off and they'll easily be able to drive a county or 3 over to get a new ID.

Oh, just before new federally mandated specific licenses are required. No coincidence I'm sure.

Just good fiscal responsibility.
