Evidently, trump asked a lawyer in the WH(?) to write something up to disrupt the proceedings on 1/6 and Eastman told him an official document had false info in it and it was illegal to sign. Trump signed it anyway. Both of these things are terrible for him in this case and the 1/6 case.
