recruiting is crazy, recruit families may also be. Hugh made some unfortunate choices his first two seasons (hashed, rehashed, causing hash ass) making his remaining days as AU’s coach a steep climb. Not saying he won’t coach for more seasons plural or that somehow he might climb out of the hole he continued to graciously dig once his decent began… I would say the chances of coming out of it are around 30%. There will be more disappointing decisions in the coming days no doubt, that percentage is higher than the one mentioned a few words back.

Today i am expecting additional setbacks based off some things i have heard our commitments saying to their assigned boosters (i.e. wanting more money all the time). It is what it is and it ain’t tits.

Look i like Hugh. I thought his hiring was possibly a very good thing letting Jimmy get his guy. We saw what support a stale Gus and the subsequent rogue hire had in terms people who matter. The whole combination now is a poison pill. For Auburn, bama and a bunch of once relevant programs. So I will be at the games in the fall, supporting the band, enjoying my time in Auburn, but the football portion isn’t no longer a factor in life.
