Yes, I know Jacobs has made some serious mistakes in the past(Chiz, Barbie,Paw), but he has pulled in 4 big name guys from big programs(with the exception being Arky St.) over the last couple of years. Gus Malzahn, Bruce Pearl, Sunny Golloway, and Clint Myers. Those are huge hires in the grand scheme of things for Auburn Athletics and they were all made under Jay's watch, whether directly or indirectly. I have mixed impressions of JJ but after hearing about Bama's failure to hire Marshall, I'm starting to feel much better about him as an AD than I did previously. Thoughts?
