Or maybe the mother of a fallen soldier. You may have felt for the last 50 years that your son’s life was lost for a war that couldn’t be won but at least it was lost as part of the bigger cause, it was lost in the process of stopping Russian aggression and the spread of communism. It was lost in the fight for the American way and the proliferation of our way of life. This 75 year struggle which we were winning a mere 2 months ago has now been lost. And by lost, I mean given away. I don’t think that even the most loyal sheep (or lamb) will stand for this (or am I overestimating the sheep?).
