I have a set of Cutco knives that I inherited from my grandmother. I love them but they are 30+ years old. They are pretty beat up now. After I get another set I will still keep the Cutco as the every day set for the bammer half and my daughter to use. I wanted to get some for only me to use. I'm not looking to break the bank but I do know you get what you pay for in regards to knives.
My bro in law bought a set of the Shogun Series Dalstrong knives last year and loves them. It's a new company that was started in 2014 so there is not much out there on the longevity of them. Anyone here own any Dalstrong knives?
TIA.
