I got a house right on Folly Beach for 40% cheaper than it would've been last week. Been 80 to 85 degrees all week. Only seen two families on the beach all week. Other than being really windy and the sand kicking up, it's been great. It's quiet. It's a house that's actually too big for us. We walk from the porch onto the beach. I'll never go in season again. I'm loving this. Sitting on the top balcony now, smoking cigars and drinking bourbon with the ocean roaring in the back ground. Been 4 years since I've taken the time to do a "only immediate family" vacation. Usually we go to Disney or something with a big family group. I'll take this over that any day.
