he got out and left his car running and went inside to buy a snack and came back to his car and drove off. He was blocking the pump as if he was getting gas and just inside paying for it. It was at like 7:45 so a pretty busy time in the morning. Most pumps where occupied. In 30 years of driving I have never noticed or seen this before. I only noticed it this time because his car was loud and he left it on. I would never do this because it seems like a douche bag move to me but is this common practice?
