because as well as we've played, I have to keep keep reminding myself that there are 3-4 others, maybe more, just as talented as us and able to beat us, and that the road in the SEC is a difficult place and even when you're head and shoulders better, sometimes shit just happens.

I think UT has kind of the best of all worlds; talent, age, youthful exuberance and star power from Knecht. They're a little streaky regardless.
UK is a bunch of hot shooting diaper dandies who can beat anyone on any given day. They don't defend well and tend to turn it over.
Bama has the best pure scorer at PG in the league in Sears, several other capable contributors, and at least they're beginning to figure out some things defensively. They too can beat anyone if they're hot.
Auburn is just hella versatile. No other way to describe us. A hydra. You pick your poison. You can't shut down any one element and think that wins the game. Our defensive prowess is unmatched in bursts. We outlast teams.
There are a handful of others that haven't shown the star power but who will be tough outs.
I don't know where we fit into that top 4. I want to believe we're #2 behind UT.
