it just seems like we are in an untenable vortex where it’s easy to make mistakes. The weight of every play call and play’s execution made sense to me last night that Hugh made postgame. when we were up 21-10 it seemed the game was in hand even had some margin for mistakes to be made. Oklahoma fans were sitting on their hands.
Then the 60 yard bomb and pick six just like that we were cooked. Something just isn’t right and even though we could use a busload of better players it goes beyond that. I’m not sure really. It seems toxic and i hope it doesn’t turn into a 10 year quagmire after it looked like it could have been a 3 year rebuild at first. I hope it doesn’t extend to more than Hugh, the rebuild, but after the way yesterday unfolded I don’t see how it can’t.
