We did this with Tuberville, we did it with Chizik and continue to do it with Malzahn...this "Trust the coaches" garbage. If you appropriately question what the staff is doing in wins or losses I don't see anything wrong with it. Some folks can take it too far and that is disappointing but for the most part there are always going to be legitimate questions about every football team.
I believe Gus is a good coach, a great offensive mind and the right man to lead Auburn. But I also believe his proclivity for perfection leads to stubborn play calling and some bad decisions. All of this can be fixed but with what is going on with offense right now I think questions are valid even if we will not get the answers we want from Gus.
