Hugh Freeze answered questions from the SEC teleconference today. Here's a summary...
** Excited for open date. Need to regroup physically and mentally. Have a lot to improve on in 2nd half.
** Freeze said the No. 1 thing they need to improve on is the consistency in execution. We're six games in. It's our job to make sure our kids are consistent in the calls that are made. It shows up over and over on tape.
** The 4th and 1 is a long story but the execution wasn't proper. Payton Thorne thought he needed to handle an edge guy but the play wasn't designed for that. He didn't change the play.
** Effort was good against UGA. Plan was good. Got to demand better execution. Got to be harder on ourselves as coaches and demand more from our kids.
