Here's what Hugh had to say after Auburn's 48-10 victory over Arkansas.

- Proud of his guys for the almost complete performance and getting bowl eligible. Really think this team has stayed engaged and fight for each other. The leadership has been terrific.

- Offensive line was dominating even when everyone knew they were going to run the ball.

- He told Keionte Scott this morning that he was going to have a big punt return.

- Payton Thorne played well in the first and third quarters, being patient and making Arkansas make decisions. Was especially good reading the defense.

- The defense was outstanding, especially getting to KJ Jefferson and keeping the Razorbacks from getting any momentum.

- ON the fast start: "Well, fast starts have been good to us. I think we do a decent job of managing the game if we get out to a lead. Fast starts are always big, and usually it’s Jarquez getting them. I don’t know what the rushing yards were on that first drive, but Payton probably had to have more yards than anybody else. It really doesn’t matter to me. You know, play within system and just run what they give us on a given play. So a fast start was vital for us."

- On pass rush: "Yeah, it doesn’t feel like we’re getting the number of sacks. It looked like we could’ve had some more. But there’s no question we’re disrupting the pocket better than we did at the beginning of the year. Hopefully in recruiting we can go get us another pass rusher or two, hopefully, soon."
