Hank was clearly not ready and that was disappointing but Hugh made the right decision going back to Thorne and trying to win the game. Hank hit an Arky defender dead in the chest from 7 yds away just before half because he was rattled and not even seeing the defense at that point.

Had a terrible play on defense from #6 on 3rd and 7 that eventually lead to Arky’s 1st TD. Also had a perfectly thrown ball from Thorne go straight through CC’s hands for an int. The Alston terrible fumble, the Hank terrible int, the CC terrible drop, the replay officials complete lack of ability to be non biased from B’ham and rule a ball incomplete when everyone in the world watching can see the call is obviously incomplete.

I would say I was proud of the defense today had we been able to get off the field on any 3rd and forever but the 3rd down defense was almost unwatchable.

We’re really bad at football right now but our Head Coach did fine today. There are some days where you just can’t coach your way out of a loss and today was that day for Hugh. Players gotta step up and make plays and they were put in position to make them today.

Better days are coming, and Hugh will be the coach when they arrive. Flame away
