Saw this posted on a friends page and I'm not intimately familiar with all the 'welfare' benefits or qalifications, but thought some on here might be able to fill in the details. I do know the system generally rewards failure and laziness - I see it in the projects and with people I work with all the time. There are 4th and 5th generations being raised on it - there's no way to say it's not a failed system.
