Ranking the SEC players by position, and purely off player grades... of the 11 starting positions, AU is the worst in the SEC at 5 positions: QB, WR2, WR3, C, G2.
Here's how our starters rank among their SEC peers:
QB - 14th
RB - 3rd
WR1 - 3rd
WR2 - 14th
WR3 - 14th
T1 - 8th
T2 - 12th
G1 - 13th
G2 - 14th
C - 14th
TE - 6th
The talent is bad, but these guys have regressed like crazy, and that is coaching. What a disaster.
BTW, bonix is 49 out of 119 FCS QBs. Would make him 8th in the SEC. Pretty much like the last 3 years. Do with that whatever you want.
