need a little help on what to look for on my house that is heating up later in the evening. Live north of Spanish Fort a little bit and the back of the house sees the sun from 10am till dark. Brick house built in 2002 about 2400 sqft (yeah I know a shack compared to most on here 
) . Never have issues unless it’s in mid 90s and above. My sons room is the worst, it will get to 80 while the living room will be 73-75. I have an ecobee with a thermostat in sons room to make the air stay on longer or his room will get even hotter. Sorry for the long post but just trying to find something that will help out on these hot days.
