What is your go to hot sauce? For me, it's Dave's Ghost Pepper. A small amount goes a long way. It's well balanced between peppers and extract. While there are certainly even hotter sauces, they tend to lose flavor and taste purely of synthetic extract. For non-extract sauces, gotta go with Cajohns Maruga Scorpion.
