@CORN GRIFFINs Ghost pepper sauce. Holy cow man, that stuff is the antiChrist. I've tasted all the Insanity Sauces and they don't compare to this stuff. I used a teaspoon in my latest jerky batch. I put about half a teaspoon in my mouth to test it and it lit me up very nicely.
The 2 Habanero sauces are delicious, I used each of them as well. Habanero has a great taste for jerky but it usually isn't hot enough. The one Habanero you sent has a very nice bite. I fully expect this batch of jerky to be much hotter than the last. The last batch had an entire bottle of Tabasco Habanero and wasn't hot enough, even with 3 tblspns of cayenne.
