Guys and gals, I just have to tell you that yall have helped me through a tough time in my life.
I don’t post much anymore and when I do it’s in the WWE thread. I just wanted to remind yall that I love you all.
You helped me through the loss of my sister in 2021, my mom, my stepmom and my store in 2023. Now I am dealing with my dad who is in permanent A Fib with congestive heart failure and has started exhibiting some dementia or Alzheimer’s symptoms.
If there is a bright side to this story it is that my Faith has been absolutely tested and it has passed the test. My God is good, especially in the toughest of times.
Some of you may remember me losing my store in April of 2023. Since then I have bought 3 acres and designed (with architectural help) a new store. It broke ground in October of 2024 and looks to be finished the first week of June.
I wanted to come here and tell you all how much you have meant to me. You guys have helped me navigate through my new normal. You need to know that you have purpose and meaning to people you have never met, myself included.
I pray that this year and the coming years provide you with joy unmatched during the good times, peace and comfort through the down times and the faith to understand and appreciate the fact that you are never alone.
Love you all
Bret
