First, I'm surprised that Johnson was named the starter for the Miss. State game. Having said that, if Johnson screws up as bad this week as he's done in the past three weeks and Gus doesn't bench him then we are in deep trouble. So far, we've played against two true freshmen and a sophomore, all being duel threat, and they've burned our a$$. You can't tell me after White has been in the program going on two years he's not ready then we have a serious problem evaluating QB's. At this point you can't tell me White could do any worse than Johnson has. So the longer White sits on the bench the odds go up that he will transfer. I would hate to think I had to sit behind Johnson next year because it's a fact that Johnson won't go pro because no team would have him.
