There’s no doubt in my mind Gus would’ve stuck with Thorne. He would’ve left him in until he struggled in a conference game. Then he would throw Hank in, with almost 0 reps with the 1s facing a UGA/OU to get eaten alive. Freeze is showing us he will not sit back with the status quo, and is willing to adapt. Great move, pumped to see Hank tomorrow.
