Egg thread got me thinking. Not your fancy 5 course meals. Not your diet stuff. What would be the cuisine during the course of a normal work week for you?
1. Spaghetti. Noodles, jar of pasta sauce, ground beef, and garlic bread (prev frozen).
2. Chicken breast with Greek yogurt and veggies. Mix some parmesan cheese and spices with Greek yogurt. Put on top of chicken and bake. Side of fresh green beans or brussel sprouts....either cooked in the microwave safe bag or air fried.
3. Fried chicken and sauteed squash and onion. Self explanatory. Fresh jalapeno a must.
4. Steak. Ribeye with sauteed mushrooms, bell pepper, and onion. Asparagus, too. Maybe loaded baked potato.
5. Nachos. Homemade roasted salsa made from red bell pepper, green bell pepper, jalapeno, red onion, and garlic. Chicken breast cooked in Instant Pot with Rouses brand taco seasoning. Put Nachos on pan, shred chicken on top of nachos, add Mexican blend cheese and bake for 10 minutes.
How bout you?
