Jorah kills Dany to become Azor Ahai. Uses flaming sword to kill the Night's King/defeat the Others
Theon assassinates Euron (dies in process) and Yara becomes the new head of Iron Islands.
Jaime tries to kill Cersei before she burns down KL but is too late. They die together as it burns down around them. The Hound duels the Mountain to lure him away from Cersei so Jaime can stop her but they both die as KL burns down.
Jorah becomes the new Lord Commander of the NW. Sam is his maester. Gilly dies.
Westeros does not reunite and become a kingdom again - instead, it is divided into several kingdoms - Baratheon, Stark and Lannister.
Gendry restarts House Baratheon, marries Arya.
Sansa honors her marriage to Tyrion, who is the new head of house Lannister.
Jon becomes new Lord of Winterfell. Marries Meera or some other minor character.
Bran returns north of the wall to become 3-eyed crow. Tormund and the remaining wildlings return home.
Bronn, Pod, Brienne, Gilly and the other minor characters all die.
