From what I've seen, he says that, since abortion was legal at the time the legislation was enacted, the law was essentially void from the inception. The GA Attorney General will appeal. It looks like he dodged the privacy right issue. On a side note, the Judge is a friend of mine, is conservative but very pragmatic.
