You can literally get pregnant, have a doctors note then take pills to terminate the pregnancy every year and claim the $3k. So basically GA residents are paying for abortions.
I predict this will get out of control fast. Maybe we will be lucky and it will force the hands of the legislators to allow abortion up to some reasonable number so that you have to be at least pregnant with a viable human to get the $3k.
